Wild, exotic and richly textured balanced by a stoney, salty core. From the warmest growing season on record, a low and slow natural ferment offers a boundary pushing expression. One for the haters.
From the majestic Wrekin vineyard, farmed organically & biodynamically. Tiny bunches, gently whole bunch pressed and left to rest in old puncheons (500l barrels). Poise, grace, energy.
Nothing added – nothing taken away. Our sulphur free Noir from a sun kissed season offers shades, both dark and light. Ripe, untamed, with a sinister edge. Friends with food from the grill, or licked by flames.
Pure, precise with tight lines and crystalline fruit. A cool growing season presents a chiselled core, complimented by fruit weight, creating harmony. Saline, fragrant, but certainly not buttoned up.
